Provides administrative support to the Foundation Management Staff, Board and President/CEO as needed.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree or 2 years Technical Training is preferred.
SKILLS: Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (e-mail, Scheduler, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) at intermediate to advanced level.
EXPERIENCE: Five years administrative/office management experience required, with two years experience substituted for post high school training.
Works in clean, well-lighted, ventilated, home-based environment. Subject to stressful professional relationships. Working hours are varied, and are frequently longer than an 8-hour shift. Flexibility in starting and ending times is required due to unexpected changes in schedule and urgent work deadlines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer terminal, using sound ergonomic principles.
