“It takes a village to raise a child” I firmly believe in this statement. I understand that parents need breaks, parents need to work, parents need help. I am here to help. I am 22 going on 23 and have been working with children from ages 10 months - 12 years since I was 15. I have run summer day camp programs through my church, I have done weekend baby sitting , and I currently work for my mother full time (Monday - Friday 8am-4pm) at her privately run daycare. I love connecting with children of all ages, helping them build confidence in themselves, helping them create friendships, and learning new skills. I also believe children are very moldable and it’s important to teach children even at the youngest ages about respect and kindness, taking care of our community/ environment, and how to be a helper.
